An application fee of PhP 1,000.00 is required for processing of the application. (For foreign applicants, the fee is USD 40).

— attach the scanned deposit slip (with your name on it) to your online application. If payment is made online, take a screenshot of the successful transaction and upload it in lieu of the deposit slip.
